Exercise Physiologist
I’m an exercise physiologist who specializes in MS patients. I strive to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle and a positive balance in all my activities. As a doctoral student, I research the effects of exercise in people with MS. Since being diagnosed with relapsing-remitting MS, I’ve focused on the importance of understanding symptoms and the role of exercise.
