If your schedule is as busy as mine, then you know mornings can be tough. Sometimes, you just want something fast and easy. Try out these overnight oats for the perfect grab-and-go breakfast. They’re a sweet and filling way to start your day—and will last 3-4 days in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:
  • ⅓ cup raw rolled oats or bulgur
  • 1-2 tablespoons nuts or seeds (ground flaxseed, walnuts, or sunflower seeds)
  • ⅓ cup yogurt
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon of honey, maple syrup, or apple butter
  • ½-1 cup fruit
Prep/cooking instructions:
  1. In a jar, pour in the raw rolled oats or bulgur.
  2. Sprinkle in nuts or seeds.
  3. Spoon in the yogurt.
  4. Pour in the milk.
  5. Drizzle honey, maple syrup, or apple butter on top.
  6. Top with your favorite fruit. If you prefer something savory, try using vegetables instead.
  7. Refrigerate overnight.
